It will be a 50% charge. I do understand that things happen, 48 hours advance cancellation is preferred 24 hours. Cancellation will result in 50% charge No call, no-show issues 100% charge. Same day rescheduling will be 50% charge. I have no problem banning people my time is money. Understand that this is how I pay my bills. 💎Your nails are Jewels not tools after 72 hours , 3 Days. you’ll be charged for any nail fixes fix . There are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

I give a grace period of 10 minutes. I usually book my appointments back to back so please be on time past 10 minutes. Will be a $15 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will result in 100% charge same goes for no call no shows.
