Just give me a heads-up before your appointment so I can make sure I have all the supplies ready for your set 🎨💎 Operating Hours & Studio Policies ⏰ * Working Days: I am currently taking nail appointments Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 🗓️ * Grace Period & Late Fees: There is a 10-minute grace period. At 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will be added. Because appointments are booked back-to-back, arrivals past 15 minutes will be canceled and charged 50% of the service fee ⏱️ * Cancellations & Rescheduling: 48 hours' advance notice for cancellations is preferred. Cancellations within 24 hours or same-day rescheduling will incur a 50% charge. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% and will be blocked from future bookings. My time is my livelihood, so thank you for respecting my schedule! 🙏 * Nail Guarantee & Repairs: Remember, your nails are jewels, not tools! 💎 Fixes within 72 hours (3 days) are on me. Any fixes needed after 3 days will be charged a standard repair fee. Cancellation Policy
I give a grace period of 10 minutes. I usually book my appointments back to back so please be on time past 10 minutes. Will be a $15 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will result in 100% charge same goes for no call no shows.
